The development of advanced progressive tools for forming complex sheet metal components is one of our core competence. We work in size up to 1250 x 2500 mm with a press force of up to 400 tons. We also have experience in manufacturing injection molding tools for the plastic industry as well as compression tools for manufacturing rubber gaskets.
Design & Developement
Experience shows that many epich innovations have been made when different skills have collaborated to reach a production-technical solution. In our cooperation with the customer, our analysis frequently leads to a far simpler product as well as a more affordable production. We see ourselves as a resource for the entire industry and we see problems as opportunaties to excel.
Our employees have a long experience of high volume production, and can help translate the customer's design proposals into an optimally efficient design - technically as well as economically.
We offer the production of prototypes in sheet metal and tubes. The sheet details can be both laser cut and tool-based. Our CNC bending machines support a flexible shape on the pipe fittings and we can also offer free-form pipes. The amount is according to customer requirements - from single details to larger volumes.
Our production resources mainly concern the stamping of sheet metal parts. In our workshop there are six press lines which can produce press force between 80 and 400 tonnes. The capacity covers tool sizes up to 1250 x 2500 mm and our band lines can handle bandwidths up to 970 mm. The machine park also includes four robotized CNC bending machines with a capacity up to 57 x 1.25 mm diameter.
We undertake to service and maintain both punching tools and moulds for plastic and rubber - Both for scheduled or emergency operations. If necessary, we also offer a report of outcomes, ie full-scale tested tools including measurement protocols.
From serial production to meeting the needs of the aftermarket, the conditions change dramatically. We therefore offer an efficient aftermarket structure that covers everything from the production of the parts to storage and preservation of the tools.
